Meet our Director of Technology at CreativeWebo Swapnil Bhavekar, his journey has been paved with a burning ambition to code, an infatuation for design and an obsession for perfectionły crafted software. His journey truly highlights vision, dedication, & the commitment it took to build something truly remarkable.
In 2019 he decided to take a leap of faith and co-founded CreativeWebo, building the company around his vision that we could create smart AI-driven digital products and solutions at scale that transform the user experience. His message was loud and clear, don’t follow trends itself but make them. Being innovative in both process and technology, with his relentless pursuit of innovation, he has made sure that CreativeWebo is not just focused on providing intuitive UI/UX experiences, seamless mobile apps or web applications but continues pushing its boundaries and setting new benchmarks of the era.
At the core of his leadership is a sense of hard work and entrepreneurial mind set. Each string of code, each strategic decision and each additional product launch is testament to his tireless determination to create something extraordinary. Hard work is the foundation of everything I do,” he often says, and it is this philosophy that has accelerated CreativeWebo's exponential growth.
Prior to CreativeWebo, Swapnil had worked with some of the world’s best companies such as Publicis Sapient and Finoux where he refined his skills. Leveraging the latest technologies provided him with practical knowledge about creating scalable and modern digital products. But Swapnil wasn’t interested in following the SOP, he wanted to create a new one. As he says, “Technology is not just about solving problems. It’s about building pathways ushering businesses to greater advances.”
The sheer possibilities with digital solutions intrigued Swapnil, and he decided that he had to be involved at the cutting edge of technology. With a post-graduation in Information Technology and an MBA from Welingkar Institute of Management under his belt, he was always the one to blend technical genius with business acumen so that he could not only create futuristic products but also bring about definite change in the industry.
But Swapnil’s aspirations go beyond the business. He’s a philanthropist who believes in technology as a force for good, using tech to create opportunity for people with the most need and making sure it doesn’t just make money, it makes an impact. His values aren’t simply based on revenue and growth, but rather on building a business that actually resolves the pain-points of modern society.
As a genuine tech-geek, Swapnil spends his days experimenting with ground-breaking technologies that can change the way businesses operate their digital divisions. And when he’s not ushering in the tech revolution at CreativeWebo, he maintains balance by pursuing his hobbies playing cricket and cycling. These experiences of clarity inspire his creativity and strategic acumen, helping to ensure that he remains at the peak of his form.
But the journey is far from over. Swapnil’s vision for CreativeWebo is bold yet clear:
